DELIVERY ADDRESS
Deliveries of products ordered on the EVJ Website are made to the delivery address indicated by the consumer client on the order form.

All deliveries are made by FedEx.
DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
Goods will be shipped within 48 hours - 72 hours upon clearance of payment. We ship two (2) days a week.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including customs clearance processes).
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping fees include postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
INTERNATIONAL
For deliveries anywhere in the world (United States, Canada, Middle East, India, Asia, Africa, Oceania), delivery times are from two (2) to fifteen (15) days.
We are not able to ship to all locations due to limitations on insurance value and customs procedures. Please note that you may incur additional customs or local duties during shipment. Please check your local customs office for rates.
EUROPE
For deliveries of our jewelry in Europe, EVJ offers delivery within two (2) to seven (7) days.
LOCAL
For deliveries of our products on the territory of Luxembourg, delivery is made the next day.
DELIVERY COSTS
We offer free deliveries on all orders under 500€.
CHECKS ON DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISKS
Upon delivery, the consumer customer must carefully check the good condition of the products delivered as well as their conformity to his order and, if he notices any damage or nonconformity whatsoever, report it immediately to the carrier and specify it on the delivery slip.
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, any risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the consumer client at the moment when the latter or a third party designated by him, and other than the carrier proposed by EVJ, takes physical possession of these products.
