The jewelry sold consists of previously-owned antique, vintage, modern and contemporary jewelry, and may therefore show signs of age or wear consistent with their history. The images of our products are intended for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device will display them precisely. Actual products may vary slightly from the images. All images are unaltered, and each item is described with the utmost accuracy.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated. The price of each product is displayed on the Website at the time your order is received. While we make every effort to ensure that all prices are accurate, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to offer the item at the correct price or, if necessary, cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Purchase Procedure
The purchase is considered concluded at the moment the customer clicks the “Order with an obligation to pay” button, thereby confirming the order and the obligation to pay. This action constitutes a binding acceptance of the purchase offer.

Full payment is required prior to shipment. We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, bank checks, or money orders. Payment for products must be completed before we dispatch them.

8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal process must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery, and the product must be shipped for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The refund will be issued only after the returned product has been received and carefully inspected by the seller.
The product must be returned fully insured for the price paid and in the same condition as received, including the original presentation box, documentation, and all protective packaging used for shipment, without any signs of wear, damage, tampering, unauthorised testing or alteration.

9. Vintage Products and Availability
Due to the unique nature of vintage jewelry, each product is available in limited quantities, often as a single item. Once sold, the product cannot be reproduced.
10. Warranties and Liability
The seller guarantees the authenticity of the products to the best of their historical and gemological knowledge. Any liability for improper use of the products is excluded.

14. Order
Customers may select one or more products and add them to their shopping cart. The shopping cart can be accessed at any time via the designated button, allowing customers to review the quantity, type, and unit price of the selected items, as well as the total order value. Products may be removed from the cart at the customer’s discretion.
To complete the purchase, customers will be prompted to fill in their contact and personal details or to log into their account. Once the order is confirmed, payment must be completed. An order confirmation email will then be sent.
Each piece of jewelry is carefully presented in its own box. Customers will receive a certificate of authenticity, which may be an original certificate, or an HRD or IGI certificate, depending on the certification associated with the specific jewel. In all cases, a certificate of authenticity will be provided.

17. Misrepresentation
Unless otherwise indicated, any evaluations of size, color, or quality for diamonds and colored gemstones are conducted without compromising the integrity of the piece. As a result, such assessments should be considered close approximations due to the limitations imposed by the mounting.
We do not accept the assessment of any third party.
If you believe an item has been misrepresented, please return it within three (3) days of receipt. We will then arrange for an independent evaluation by a qualified and experienced gemologist or antique jewelry expert at our expense.
Please note that any unauthorized testing will void eligibility for a refund.
If the independent assessment confirms that the item was misrepresented, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
