Customs Duties and Import Taxes
When an order is shipped outside your country or beyond a single customs union such as the European Union, you may be responsible for import duties and local taxes applied by the customs authorities of your destination.
Additional Charges
These fees are not included in the item price.
Any applicable customs duties or taxes are determined at the border according to the nature of the item, its declared value, and the destination country.
Depending on local regulations, these charges may be requested prior to delivery, upon receipt, or after customs clearance.
Customs Clearance
To release your parcel, the carrier may require certain identification details, such as SSN, EIN, IRN, TIN, or EORI numbers.
You will be contacted directly by the carrier to provide the necessary documentation and to settle any applicable fees before your purchase can be delivered.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays, which are beyond our control.
Such delays may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
Unfortunately, shipping refunds cannot be issued for delays resulting from customs processing.
Responsibility of the Buyer
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the timely payment of any customs duties or taxes.
Failure to do so may result in:
- Return-to-sender procedures
- Additional reshipping or storage fees to the buyer.
- Possible abandonment of the parcel by the carrier
If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
Should these additional fees not be approved, the item may be disposed of by the carrier or customs authority.
Once an item has been discarded, no refund can be issued.
